Useful info. 1g per Kg of uncooked Cornstarch to support blood sugar levels for 8 hours.. I was wondering how much was needed. It also seems to describe the condition my daughter had as a baby.

Sometimes, I use the corn starch drink in unsweetened rice milk to help with hypo. It's actually good for HFI, FBPaseD, and Glycogen Storage Disease (GSD - especially the types that involve the liver heavily) . All 3 are very closely related from the same carbohydrate pathway, although they come from different DNA gene anomalies. We all have similar symptoms -- especially the hypoglycemia.
