These were quite tasty! Nice that you can make the fritter mixture the night before and fry up the next day. Customize the spices, cheese and type of meat to your preference or tolerance. I used a combo of ground turkey breast and pork because that’s what I had on hand. Cheddar cheese. Celery seed and thyme for spice. I also subbed sour cream for mayo because I’ve never found safe mayo in the store. If you’re not a fan of frying, also works on a double sided grill or panini press. Did not make the dipping sauce. It is a very refreshing and light sauce - soury from the youghurt and fresh from the mint, plus I make it quite salty also.
