A week Saturday, I just finished medication off - for a kidney bladder infection. It seems the medication didn’t completely do the job of curing my problem - I feel it might be coming back. I am keeping myself, clean and dry. (Sorry hope - not too much info) I am eating next to nothing - for the last two weeks - good for weight loss - if I needed to loose weight. I am allergic to most medication - because here in Canada - they like using sulfites as a preservative in them - which I am anaphylatic allergic to.
This morning I had crackers - made from scratch - using arrowroot flour - rice flour - millet flour and gluten free oat flour - sunflower oil and couple tbsp butter - 1 tsp salt - 1 cup cashew milk. Recipe will last two weeks. Lunch I had fish and mushrooms. For dinner not sure what to eat. Drinking lots of water.
Thanks

You might need to try a different antibiotic. The bacterial strain causing your infection could be resistant to the one you've taken.
I sympathize with the difficulty in finding safe meds. I usually end up calling multiple pharmacies comparing ingredients between different brands of the same med to find the safest one.

Be careful of oats and oat flour. I cannot eat either. Any oat products raise my liver repair enzymes above normal levels. I suspect that the fiber in oats contain fructose units.
