I was shopping angry on Saturday (thankfully it was an issue unrelated to HFI) so I was reading all the labels at Giant Eagle. I ended up finding a few new foods that I can't wait to try.
The first was the Evol Smoked Gouda Breakfast Sandwich. I could not believe that it didn't have any added sugars. Of course, it still has egg, but I'm okay with one egg a day.
I was hoping to find the ingredients list online, but the Evol website doesn't seem to be cooperating with my web browsers.

I've found Evol products in Whole Foods, Kroger, Target, Giant Eagle, Busch's and other groceries in Michigan, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania, so I'm hoping they're nationwide.
The sandwich is kind of bland. The bun is more like a soft, dense cracker. I think it cost about $2.25 each. Expensive, but nice if you're in a hurry.
