Wondering if anyone has used this and if it’s safe? I can’t seem to attach picture with ingredients so I will try to list ingredients next.

I don't see any sugars. Is it a pill?

Yes. Tiny little pills with red coating. My mother used to give to me when I was a child. I took them a few months ago when I had a cold and was amazed how effective they were. If you don't want to treat a bunch of other things, they're great for just congestion and drying up a drippy nose.

the only thing I can think of is if the red coating is ok. I think I remember someone saying that they always rinsed off the red coated aspirin or Tylenol before they used it.

I always rinse off Advil and some brands of Tylenol. For some reason both these brands flavor their pills with sugar so people enjoy eating their candy-coated pills?? I haven't noticed any flavoring added to sudafed pills, but I'm sure that can change at the drop of a hat.
