Unable to take medication.
Diagnosed with lactose intolerence - able to tolerate high fat milk products - but it bad for my cholesterol problem - what to add if I cut out all milk products
What to add if I cut all meat products, poultry, fish etc high in cholesterol - allready don’t eat fruit and vegetables.
I need natural cholesterol lowering products
I have loss lots of weight by just following the HFI diet.
Maybe just follow see food diet - see don’t touch
I honestly don’t know what to eat.
I don’t eat much and continue to loose weight. I do need to get my cholesterol down naturally.

The only things I can think of that are safe for HFI are olive oil (and olives), salmon and oatmeal. I would suggest spinach, but you would need to eat too much of that to benefit you and it's unsafe outside of 1/2-1 serving size every other day.
Can you eat lactaid? I've been meaning to try that milk product, but I haven't checked the ingredients to see if its safe.

I am not sure if it is HFI, but Lactaid always made my daughter have emotional breakdowns. She has not had this product since her diagnosis. Wondering if others have experienced? Agree with salmon, olive oil and oatmeal. Maybe green tea and walking. I believe any kinda of light exercise would help.

There are lots of reasons why Intermittent Fasting isn't a good idea for everyone, but I came across this article recently that links it to changing cholesterol levels and thought it would interesting to at least share it on here for knowledge's sake. Its references link to peer reviewed studies that were fun to check out. Of course, for anyone ever considering doing anything like this, it is always a must to do your own research and talk it over with your doctor. chriskresser.com/could-you-benefit-from-intermittent-fasting/

I keep reading about intermittent fasting and I wish I could go longer than four hours without needing to eat food. Sometimes I make it six hours and (on a rare occasion outside of sleeping) eight hours, but I usually end up binge eating because of hypoglycemia. Since hypoglycemia is such an issue with people with HFI, I would definitely second talking to your doctor--particularly if it can help. Your doctor might have an idea on how to fast safely with hypoglycemia.

I eat canola oil too. Can you eat beans? I eat black beans and chick peas and do fine with those. I can also have red beans, and lentils but in smaller amounts. How about quinoa? Is that available where you live? That is very nutritious.
I sometimes do a thing with black beans/flour/eggs making a sort of patty which I pan fry in canola oil. I do that when I need to gain weight.
How about sunflower seeds? Have you ever tried these?
Sometimes I just do a flatbread with olive oil as a dip. You can crush a little rosemary into the olive oil and put some sea salt too and then it is a pretty good dip.
It can be quite difficult to maintain a balanced diet with our restrictions. My docs have told me to just do my best.
