What minerals and supplements are HFI affected people taking? I’m preparing to go on a strict fructose free diet because my brain fog, fatigue, and headaches are becoming more irritating than cheating a little and feeling a mildly poorly always. Now neither is working- I’m staying away from fructose 75% the time, but now I’m reacting worse when I do cheat a little. So I’m going to try to really strict to see if my brain cells come back and I find my energy again.... what safe supplements do people take to make up for the lack of vitamins we get through our food?
I really really appreciate this forum! It has helped me tremendously, and I learn so much from this community of “my people” :-)

My daughter takes Thorne Research Basic Nutrients 2/Day. It's a sugar free multivitamin that you take twice a day. But since my daughter's 7, she only takes one. You can buy it in natural health stores or online.

Hi Katie,
My son (age 4) takes Nano VM. its a powder so it can be easily mixed into his yogurt. I believe there are a lot more options for those able to take pills since many of the children's vitamins are fruity flavored.
