Regina does well on Oatmeal. She also does good on "puffed rice" as a cold cereal. We usually put a little Equal on it to help the plain taste. When she was a toddler, we also used the puffed rice as a finger food, expecially in therapy. Something small to pick up and eat. It also worked as snacks (since she can't have cheerios)
Years ago, Ralston Purina (maker of Chex cereals) made a cold cereal called Sunflakes. This was very similar to Sugar Frosted Flakes only it was sugar free, made with Nutri-sweet. But, sadly, when RP sold the cereal division to General Mills, they stopped making Sunflakes. But if you ever see some old box on some old shelf somewhere.......

I also put a US site for Bacon. Another good breakfast is Cream of Dried Beef (see the recipes) over pancakes or toast. Regina likes it over pancakes since she can't have maple syrup. But she likes eggs, so if I have pancakes and not enough time, she just eats "dippy" (PA Dutch term for over-easy) eggs on them.
