I don't think it is. My child had reaction to it prior to diagnosis.

how about the following ingredients in this bread
GLUTEN FREE Bread: Organic fresh ground whole grain rice, quinoa, buckwheat, water, tapioca flour, organic millet leaven, organic chia, unrefined salt. 24oz loaf
do you think these ingredients are HFI safe?

Lots of whole grains in there. I would proceed with caution if you want to trial it.

Quinoa has a lot of fructose and sucrose. Buckwheat has a lot of sucrose. Personally, I would steer away from this bread.

Jenn can you post your documentation saying that there is high level of fructose in quinoa - everything I have read says there is no fructose in quinoa - your help is appreciated.
Site:
nutritiondata.self.com
type in - enter food name - quinoa or buckwheat - there is break down what is in each
My concern about the above site I posted - states potatoes have no fructose. I wish had more accurate info.

thank you colormist and jenn123 for the helpful feedback. The website you shared Jenn123 has so much good information. I found it helpful but i am wondering about polenta (corn grits). It's listed as pretty low in sucrose and fructose. I would like to try it but I thought corn was not HFI safe. Is polenta safer because it's more processed?
