I thought this was a fun idea, stuffing olives with cheese and wrapping the meat around them, especially if you have kids (or are just young at heart 😉). The recipe is almost safe as is, just omit the garlic and make sure the olives are safe, or use your own meatball mix. And obviously don't use tomato based sauce and use your own safe pasta. We often drizzle homemade pesto over our meatballs and pasta. And the reason I ran into this recipe was because I was looking for a chopped olive or tapenade meatball, but a homemade tapenade would be great just drizzled over meatballs as well.
