I use Bragg Liquid Aminos - a natural soy sauce alternative, no preservatives - vegetable protein from non-GMO soybeans + purified water.

Thank you. I've looked at that before and the label lists some carbs (like 1 gram or less as I recall?) per serving. This is the same as wheat free tamari sauce I've found that has added alcohol. Kinkoman is the only sauce I've seen with no carbs on the label, no added alcohol but it does have wheat. Going to have to decide if I want to try liquid aminos or tamari. If I just use as a marinade maybe it will be okay? It seems there's some controversy over whether liquid aminos are a health food or a health hazard. Apparently it's made using hydrochloric acid to accomplish the break down as opposed to natural fermentation. Who knows. When dealing with little bodies have to be extra careful though.
