I would like to know what yours sons eat at lunch... Because I was oriented to give only potatoes, rice or macaroni and meat or fish or chicken. Davi is eating it for almost 1 year and now he is refusing them.

Nate eats most of the same things as Davi. He does eat a peanut butter sandwich once per week with about 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and sometimes with cinnamon/dextrose mixture for a treat.
Other things we give him are quesadillas, grilled cheese sandwich, green beans, cream cheese on bread. Sometimes he eats them and sometimes not.
Will he eat empadinhas or stew?

Now a days Davi has refusing his lunchs and dinner. And I ´m very worried about it. It could be just from the age (he has now 2 years), but i also think that he could dislike the foods. And he has Cow´s milk protein intolerance too. It´s so difficult to me... I don´t Know what more I can criate on the Kitchen

andrea- My son has trouble with cow's milk also. I give him goat's milk. I buy it at a local health food store. He loves it! Also, they make ricotta cheese out of goat's milk sometimes too. I got manicotti filled with goat cheese at Sam's club. Jen f.
