Seravit vitamins just prescribed. It tastes horrible. She has tried it as paste and in water. Any suggestions to aid in the uptake of this.

Which country are you in? As she is 11 you may find she can take pills.

Like mixed in with oatmeal or baked into biscuits? I'm not sure how vile it tastes and most HFI foods are pretty bland--which are not helpful at hiding other flavors.
