Can anyone please advise whether soy lecthin is tolerated by HFIers as an ingredient in a supplement?

Had to read up on it. It sounds like it's a fat, and not a sugar.
Soy is a complicated ingredient (much like corn). Sometimes it's perfectly safe and othertimes it will make a HFIer violently ill (as I learned when I tried soy coffee).
Since soy lecthin is a fat extracted from soy beans, my guess is that it's more likely to be safe--but always do a trial and make sure to closely monitor for any reaction to the ingredient.
