was thinking this afternoon about the new people that join the board and how it seems we all have the same questions at first. There have been people that have sent me things via email before and it was very helpful. My favorite was a list of good sugars vs bad sugars when reading a food label. So that got me wondering if there was a place on this discussion board that we can all upload helpful documents, food lists, websites and articles that a new member can click on an read or print out anything that would be helpful for them depending on where they are in the learning stage. I know there are different sections and areas to post questions, but does anyone know of somewhere we can actually store documents to access without having to look back through old threads? There is so much good information and I have already found myself remembering that someone talked about a good nutritional database and I couldn’t recall the name, so I ended up spending a good bit of time looking through old posts that I thought could have the site I was looking for.
Just a thought...

I know some forums have the capability to add a documents section to the top menu. Sadly, we do not have control of the backend of the forum and I haven't seen the people that moderate this forum in a very, very, very long time.
A section on this website with a bunch of useful documents, links, and files would be very helpful, I agree.
