So we've been getting this kind of question a lot lately and I think it is one of the biggest challenges for people who have just weaned their baby and now discover their child cannot have fructose. I was thinking about making a Pinterest board with just food for toddlers that are just starting to eat solids and be weaned off formula/breast milk. Outside of the regular HFI Food board and the Food Pyramid, I think this would be a HUGE help to parents with a HFI baby. However, this is where I come to an issue, because I don't have a baby, I've never had a baby, and I don't know what foods babies eat. I was hoping you guys could help with a list. I was going to start with a few recent posts from here to begin the board, but other than that, I don't really know what toddles do and do not eat. So! Anyone that has had kids or has had HFI kids, please give me food ideas for the board. I think this will also help us with a few of the repeat questions we've been getting. EDIT! Just saw that Pinterest will permit me to have collaborators, so if you'd like to help that way (and have a Pinterest account) that would be super-awesome.

I'm really not much help as my HFI toddler was 30 years ago. And 30 years ago you pretty much just fed toddlers off the table like any other person. Just cut things up smaller so they could chew it and not choke. Mashed Potatoes and hot dogs or chicken was always the go-to food. So this board looks like what Regina ate then - and now. lol.
