Came across an article yesterday about Panera Bread dropping a long list of "unacceptable" ingredients in their foods. It took some digging to find out WHAT ingredients were listed. Finally found the complete list on their website: www.panerabread.com/panerabread/documents/panera-no-no-list-05-2015.pdfThe good news is that High Fructose Corn Syrup and Polydextrose are going to be removed from their foods. This should free up a few more food options at their restaurants. Right now I only eat their Mac & Cheese, Coffee, and a couple breads. I'm looking forward to see what foods in the future will be available for HFIers to eat.

Now the bad news - for us anyway - is that Pepsi is going to remove aspertame from their diet pepsi. It will now be sweetened with Sucralose (Splenda). Guess I better stock up on Diet pepsi.

BOOO! I wonder if there are generic pops that would still use aspertame? RC Cola, maybe? Store brand pop? Edit! Not sure how accurate this wiki is, but it would be worth double-checking the ingredients on some of these brands: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diet_drink

Yea, I'm hoping some of the generics will still be ok, but it means I will now have to start checking every bottle I pick up for her. That's a big BOOOOO. More time at the grocery store....
