This is the season of good will and happiness whatever your religious affiliation (or lack of) However feast days add an extra.stress to parents and carers of people with eating problems. just want to make the following suggestions that might help.. 1/. Do not panic or stress out this will never help any situation. 2/. If HFI is known or suspected eating large quantities of unbrined meat or fish is going to cause no one a problem in the short or long term. 3/. A limited but safe diet is far better than any unsafe foods added just because somone thinks they are "healthy" ( sprouts may be "healthy" for people without fructose issues but they are unsafe for us.) 4/. Chill out and enjoy the holiday. Xo
