I found this very helpful so wanted to share - From: familywellnesshq.com/fructose-in-fruits-veggies-nuts-seeds-legumes-grains/ linked to: ndb.nal.usda.gov/ - 1) choose start your search here, 2) enter into search box (example) Rice, brown, long grain, cooked, 3) choose full report all nutrients to see fructose details. Note: when I chose Rice, brown, medium-grain, cooked, details were not shown on fructose, etc. I had the same problem when I chose Squash, winter, butternut, cooked, baked, without salt, but did find the fructose details when I chose Squash, winter, butternut, raw.

Hi, I must admit I have seen this one before but not found it the easiest and simplest format to use. www.nutritiondata.com is simpler for food lists or the fineli website. www.fineli.fi/?lang=enAnother one that I printed out and have in a file that is very comprehensive is this one from the csid website. Not all is relevant to HFI as it lists starches as well but seems to cover alot of food items. Tip - if you print it out do it in landscape not portrait as then it fits properly on the page, otherwise you have to marry up two sheets..... csidcares.org/food/
