Update...... A very nice man came and has cleaned my machine so hopefully safe now. Huge apologies if I infected anyone. It is called system doctor and makes out you have a virus and need to download it to clean your machine, luckily I didn't do that but googled it first and found it was a virus but by then it had already started burrowing........
