My sweet dear mother found me an online store that caters especially to HFI and FODMAPS diets. Its pretty amazing and carries vitamins and special enzymes as well as foods and spreads. It even tells you which products are better for FODMAPS and maybe not great for HFI.

They deliver worldwide and aren't very expensive at all.

We have used these, but Meg had really bad reaction to the sweets I think prob the colouring of flavouring. Plus the postage cost made them very expensive if you arent in Germany so haven't tried them since to see if she has bad reaction again or was one off. So I would tread with caution with these.

Frusanto use confectionery grade Glucose in their formulations which can be up to 40% "other sugars" when I asked them about this they stopped talking to me and refused to answer any further emails.

So they not to be trusted at all!

The company do not actually manufacture anything themselves they buy in the foods so have to rely on other people's integrity and quality control.
