The table compares their results with those of the Australian FSANZ NUTTAB database. I noticed that some of their results are quite different from the database, and looking at their method, seem accurate. They also analysed some (choy sum springs to mind) foods that I haven't been able to find on other databases. Note that these tables do NOT include sucrose content, so this must be factored in too (just for any newbies to note). I just thought it may be of use to some people here.
