Lymph node swelling after ingestion...

Hello,

I have a long time symptom of lymph nodes in my neck swelling large and painfully upon ingestion of fructose. This last occurrence happened after ingesting Isomalt after a long break of eating clean.

Has anyone experienced this symptom or something like it?

I get that from fructose and from chicken
