Hi!! I was just wondering what people thought of spelt flour (white)... i've not eaten wheat for years - i'm not sure if i used to react because of the wholewheat / added ingredients / or whether i just don't tolerate wheat full stop.
I'm only on a really plain diet at the moment - chicken, rice, yoghurt - to help clear things up, but hope to start trying more things soon as i start to feel better.
I don't want to risk testing wheat yet - i know some people say they find Spelt easier to digest - does anyone know the fructose content?
