This girl is located a few miles from where I grew up. My husband and I briefly entertained the idea of living in Newark.

It's frustrating reading about her family's journey with a nutritionist.

Interesting article, and one so many of us as parents can identify with. Have added a couple more links for them too. Good to hear they already know about this board, I think it is fast becoming one of the first places people with fructose issues look now.

	Based in the UK Best advice is to learn to cook. Home cooked food is by far the safest bet for HFI.
