Baking with dry yeast

Hi i wanted to know if anyone has made white bread with dried yeast.My two children have acute HFI and eat bought bread from the supermarket.I would like to try and make them some.

Yes, I do all the time, I add slightly more eg half a teaspoon extra than the recipe says and don't add any sugar, it uses the natural sugars given off from the flour in the fermentation process and the bread comes out just fine.

For a tastier loaf I add 1 egg and half milk half water to make up the fluid quantity.
