I would ask your doctor what he recommends. I gave Regina a piece of an adult tylenol, crushed up. But your doctor can tell you if this is ok, and just how much of it to use.

Here in Canada some flavors of infant "tempra" - liquid acetaminophen- have no fructose- they are flavored with saccharin.

Thank you for your replies, he didnt get any fever but he got extremely sick I think it was one of the vaccines because it was given to him orally. I got really frustated because I clearly told the doctor his condition, and he assure me it didnt contain any sugar. It kills me to see my baby boy get as sick as he does. I also gave him that night GERBER rice cereal which the ingredients didnt list any frcutose sucrose or sorbitol. So it couldnt have been the cereal. Anyways, Iam back to where I started only feeding baby carlos milk Love,

I bet it has Sorbitol in it
It is a sweetener which is actually made from Fructose and converts back to it in the gut!
If given direct into the blood stream, (as in an IV drip) it can be fatal!
Many IV solutions and medicines use Sorbitol as a "buffer" why I cannot imagine.
