I like that article at last someone with a sensible view on what sugar and HFCS in particular are doing to the worlds population.

It's about time the Nutritionist's and Dietitian's started to wake up to the damage sugar and HFCS is doing to the people and started to lobby political leaders to get some sense into the food / health policy laws.

Best advice is to learn to cook.
Home cooked food is by far the safest bet for HFI.
