Lysco, Welcome to the site. We are all a generally friendly, happy bunch of individuals here, and like any family we sometimes disagree and have arguments with each other..  However we usually agree to disagree if opinions are not compatible. Have you been diagnosed HFI? If you have a look then you will find a posting where people introduce themselves and relate their history's, so if you want to share your story you can add yours there.  Keep smiling PS if you let us know where you are in the world it helps when we are recommending different foods or brands, because they change country to country. |
