I decided to order an Accuvin Residual Sugar Testing Kit. They are used to test the residual fructose and glucose in wine, must, grape juice, and even kombucha makers use them too. I am curious if I can use them to test foods too. I'll let you know what my experiments show! It only has 10 strips, so I'll have to be selective in what I test!
