So i was wondering around woolworths (im in australia) the other day and i found this 100% sugar free drinking chocolate (of course i scoffed because nothing is ever that easy). Its made by a company called Vitarium Natvia and it uses a few ingredients that i am having trouble to work out. I bought it but i don't want to try it as i have been very very ill and hospitalised constantly in the last months. This is the ingredients and info listed, your feedback would be great:- Ingredients used in it is Natvia, Reb A, Stevia, Erythritol The link is www.natvia.com/questions-and-answers.htmlI just don't know anything about these ingredients and can't find where they would have fructose or sucrose in them... I'm 28 and all my life i've only drank water, milk, coffee, tea and peppermint tea.... that is it, i just really want some more options, what does everyone else drink??

Stevia is a no-go for Regina. It's a natural plant based sweetener. If you've been ill lately, I don't think I'd try it.
Regina drinks diet soda here in the states. I know others don't care for it, but she does well on it and also likes something besides her normal milk. She usually does diet pepsi. The other diet colas and diet root beer is her next choice. She drinks the ones sweetened with aspertame.

I agree, I have had some problems with stevia. Be careful too of cocoa and chocolate, they contain a LOT of natural sucrose and always cause a reaction for me: Cocoa powder: www.daskochrezept.de/bundeslebens...._S710000_6.htmlFructose (Fruchtzucker) 0 mg/100g Saccharose (Rübenzucker) 8672 mg/100g Bitter chocolate: www.daskochrezept.de/bundeslebens...._S570000_6.htmlFructose (Fruchtzucker) 0 mg/100g Saccharose (Rübenzucker) 44690 mg/100g *** I only drink water and milk. I have both cow milk and goat milk. I don't do well with caffeine so I never drink tea or coffee, and I can't tolerate herbal teas. There's mineral waters, too, some are sparkling, if you crave something different!
