Mike: Our order of Betsy’s Cheese Straws came last week!!! They are soooo good. We ordered one of every flavor-including the sweet cookie flavors for me. We opened ALL the boxes, the regular, regular hot, chive, blue cheese, and pecan (and lemon and raspberry for me only). Am I missing one? It’s hard to pick a favorite- the regular is really good-real cheese favor. The pecan gives an unexpected and yummy nutty flavor-yes, I realize it is called “pecan”– but it is still a bit unexpected. The blue cheese and chive were really good too.... Then we started mixing, one part chive, one part blue cheese. The straws also give a great after-where you can really taste the variation between the different flavors. How can we get Whole Foods to carry them out here? The box recommends putting them on salads and sharing with friends. While they will taste good on salads–Sarah quickly said that she isn’t sharing these with anyone

I. Am. Jealous. I'm trying to save $$ right now, so no extra fun expenses on yummy cheese straws for me.

Thanks, Mike, for the nice response about the cheese straws. You named them all. I say that my favorite is the CHIVE but it's really the one we are cooking that day. So good right out of the oven. I have to be careful not to munch on them all day at the "kitchen". They are great on salads or toppers to casseroles when crumbled. Also good with a glass of wine but sadly we can't have that. I will have them with my occasional beer.
Glad you enjoyed! Betsy
