I am considering taking a vacation to Scotland, specifically the Shetland Islands. Does anyone have any experience? Would I be able to survive there on a super strict HFI diet? I'm hoping maybe I could just have lots of fresh seafood, mutton, lamb, and maybe white bread?

You should be fine beware of "Tatties and Neeps" they are mashed potatoes with mashed turnip included.. very sweet! Traditional Scottish food is very over cooked and boiled to death.. thank goodness not much of that around these days. Further south in Glasgow area they are proud of their worst heart attack area in the country badge. They eat everything deep fat fried.. including Cadburys chocolate eggs! The also deep fry pizza! The islands and highlands luckily do not go in for this sort of self harming.. they prefer to drink large amounts of whisky! IF you are after a guide to take you around a few distilleries and pubs.... I know someone who might help Seriously you will be fine. Lots of fish and seafood and all meat will be un-brined so no injected sugar! Most meat in Scotland will be local grown and raised on the hills so eating only natural grass and heather. Enjoy your trip

The Shetland Islands are an archipelago in Scotland. Composed of over one hundred islands, of which fifteen are inhabited, Shetland is located around 160 km (100 miles) north of the Scottish mainland. Enjoy your trip.
