	Not officially diagnosed HFI, but extremely sensitive to fructose and sucrose. Tolerate only ~200mg fructose and ~300mg sucrose daily. Diet consists of raw grassfed dairy: milk (goat and cow), raw butter, raw cream, some raw milk cheese; locally raised pastured meats and eggs; some mushrooms; white wheat products (all homemade). Occasional pure vodka when socializing. Enzymes for casein/gluten.

I had gotten some Kroger "Private Selection" or something like that, and I got sick from it. It turns out it had some sugar in it!
