I really wanted some French Toast this morning so I decided to figure out a "safe" recipe for it!
I started with 2 slices of my homemade white bread (I posted the recipe in this thread earlier today), and dipped it in 2 beaten eggs and a splash of milk. I sauteed it in some butter, and then instead of syrup, add some extra butter on top. If you can tolerate cinnamon, you could sprinkle some of that on top.
