This is my adaptation of the traditional English dessert when I feel like "treating" myself:
I just whip some heavy whipping cream with a little shake of safe alcohol (I use Belvedere vodka, it is the only alcohol I seem to do OK with) and just whip till creamy. If you can tolerate cinnamon, you could add a shake of cinnamon on top. You could also add dextrose to the cream if you want it more sweet, but I just enjoy the natural sweetness of the cream.

mmm yes nice. I have some recipes for puddings or deserts (they are DEFINATLY NOT SWEETS! ) here is a short list of many I make which are HFI safe :- Semolina Tappicoa Rice pudding Dumplings cooked in milk (made with butter.. nice..oh so very nice but the calories and saturated fat!.. they have to be good to be so bad! ) Custard with Rhubarb Rhubarb crumble and Custard (or cream) Panacota (with a tiny dash of whisky in it) Bread and butter pudding (made with eggs or with custard) again not one to eat if on a diet etc etc etc
