So, juggling gluten free and HFI is a bit of a struggle, but it just got a ton easier. I found a company called Against the Grain. They make rolls, sesame bagels, french bagettes, and pesto pizza that are safe for HFI and GF. Here is the link to their website: www.againstthegraingourmet.com/products/ I emailed the company last week to send them praises on these products as they are the only store bought rolls and pizza that my son can have. The owner contacted me thanking me for my response and shared that he was going to share the email with their staff. If these products work for you, please send the company an email so that these products continue to be available. Thanks!

OH MY GAWD THEY HAVE BAGELS!!
Definitely going to have to order some bagels. I haven't had a fructose-free bagel in about ten years. The pizza sounds downright delicious, too. I moved to WV and everyone's pesto here looks more like green alfredo sauce. I'm not sure what they're doing, but they managed to add fructose to pesto. Still haven't found a ready-made pizza I can eat in Morgantown. Very depressing.
Wait... nooo! You can't order online. ;_;

They have a store locator. Maybe you can find somewhere near you and stock up?

Sadly they are no where near me. I'm solidly in the mid-west. They're not even close to any friends or family.
