Anyone know if this is safe? I found a gluten free tortilla that might work for Graham if he'd be ok with glycerine. Thanks!

Glycerine does not contain fructose. It is a carbohydrate that is turned into glucose by the liver. Glycerine is known to have a laxative effect. The degree of laxative effect can vary in individuals. I would recommend testing a small amount in the diet and gradually increasing that amount to try to gauge how well it is tolerated.

i cannot take glycerine. it makes me sick everytime. took me a while to figure this one out. it may be for reasons other than HFI though, as I am also wheat and lactose intolerant, and i have trouble with fats, so it may just be a problem for me.

The tiny amounts of Glycerine are unlikely to cause any side effects..
Imagine trying to sell a cake that gives you the squirts??
As an HFI I have never had a problem with foods containing it.
