Are there any frozen pizzas that are safe? Sometimes I just have a hankering for pizza!

I have sadly never found a safe frozen pizza. Even the pre-made pizza crusts all have sugar in some form. Jiffy Mix makes a pizza dough mix that you can use to make a crust.
Dominos does have a thin-crust pizza that is fine. Skip the sauce and pick your toppings. I always add a ton of toppings and extra cheese to flesh it out. It's really, really thin and dry.
