Any interest in a Fructose Restriced (HFI) cookbook? My moms club has used this online printing company that works great. People can add recipies online and then have it printed for very reasonable prices. I am willing to get things started but, would need help making sure the recipies were HFI and had any qualifying info ect....
The price would be $10-15/book with shipping in the US. Not sure extra cost shipping out of us but, we could figure that out. May be less depending on number of recipies, shipping, ect...
If I have a few people interested I will set up the website with the publisher and people can start adding recipies.

A cookbook is always a good idea, but I just print the recipes off from the pages here and made my own book. That way, as new ideas are found, and added, I just print them off and add them. By putting them into a "real book", you can't add as new ones come along. Tammy

I created an account to start work on a Fructose Restricted Cookbook. Any of you can add to it at www.typensave.com/ put in your first and last name in the contributer and HFI for the login and HFI for the password. I can edit so if you make a mistake just e-mail me at nancy.randall@comcast.net. I would like the recipes to follow the HFI diet as best it can. I added a few items and put qualifires after items such at vanilla (Fructose Free) to remind people that some are not approved. I will not know the cost of the book tell we get closer to the end and know how big the book will be. I hope to keep it at $15 or less (including shipping in the US). Not sure about shipping oversees. I will keep you posted.

I have added a notes section that you can add any additional information (restrictions, modifications, ect...). I also added a note after a few of the ingredients in the recipes I added (example: add garlic (if tolerated).
I hope to have some of you true HFIer's review the final proof for any issues so, if anyone sees some issues let me know. I want to make this as HFI safe as possible.
