Someone mentioned to me about rice puffs. What exactly are they and where can I get them? I boughted puffed rice cereal, is that it?

You can get rice and corn (for those who can eat corn) in the health food section. Some have cheese flavors with no sugar. Obviously stay away from the fruit flavored ones. They are similar to rice cakes, small and round.
Rice cereal is pretty close to rice puffs.

Just a little sharing of my personal experience...I tried a wonderful Cascadia Farms rice cereal and had a reaction. Then I realized it is made with brown rice, which makes me sick...Soooooo, if you are extra sensitive, stick with the white rice versions. Hopefully most people don't have to care...mary in az

Ahh and I was hoping for something different. He eats the puffed rice, but not very well. They're pretty blah. Thanks for clarifying.

I found "rice crispies" type cereal in my health storre sweetened with brown rice syrup for those who tolerate it. My son likes it! Debbie
