I posted a recipe for BBQ chicken. But there isn't any reason it wont also work for ribs. I just checked to make sure it is there. It's on page 2. (You did know there are currently 3 pages of recipes, right?)
It is a clear sauce so it won't make much difference to the look, but if you keep dipping the meat into it while you're grilling, it's pretty good. You could also add any type of additional spices or peppers you may like very easily.
When I make ribs, I usually do them in the oven and just dump the sauce on most of them for us, and just leave a couple plain for Regina. I've never tried it with this sauce, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. If you try it before I do sometime, let me know how it works. lol.
I hope you get use out of these recipes. Most of them are things we all eat. It's nice when I don't have to make things separately. Tammy

My wife has HFI and uses Chaka's MMM sause--it is soy based. Basically it is very thick soy-sauce with some zesty flavoring. It is really good. www.chaka.com/prod.htm

Now that's a good idea. I never thought about marinating steak in it. Does sound really good. I'll have to give that a try. And think maybe I'll try a bit of the balsamic in it. But I'll skip the peppers. lol.
