Halfway down the page is a mention of Calabria Pizza & Italian Grill in Absecon (New Jersey). It serves Gluten free food, but the article also mentions that they have fructose-free food.
I'm not sure if any of us live near Absecon, New Jersey, but it would be interesting to check it out. My guess is that it's not HFI-safe, but maybe DFI-safe.
