1/2 Cup Mazola Oil 1/4 Cup Water 1 1/2 TBLSP salt 3/4 Cup vinegar 4 TBLSP Dextrose 1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
Heat just to a boil. Dip chicken pieces in several times as you are grilling them.

Janine, Maybe you can get Nicholas to try this as it is clear and will not look any different than other chicken. If he doesn't know it, he should try it. After he tastes it, and finds out it is safe to eat, maybe it will help him to try other things.
Other than "tricking" him, I'm not sure what will work. I have never really treated Regina any different than other kids. I make sure she has something that is safe, and if she doesn't eat it.......Oh well, she'll eat it when she gets hungry enough. lol. But, thankfully, she always trusts me if I tell her it is ok to eat.
