Make a pan of minced beef, with mushrooms, Chilli (if tolerated) herbs and just wet with gravy, i.e. not sloppy it needs to be thick when served, cook till mince is soft and tasty.
Serve yourself a bowl with Nachos or plain Doritos on top, (stick them in like spines one point stuck into the mince) sprinkle with grated mature strong cheese and toast under a grill to melt the cheese and turn the tops of the nachos / Doritos brown..
Eat..
Then have another bowl one is never enough!
The mix of meat, gravy, chilli, cheese and nachos is intoxicating! one of my favourite meals.

I do similar thing with pancakes, bit soggier but still makes a good wrap. Megs seems no good on corn which are main ingredient of doritos and nachos.

Charlie, you can replace the corn Chips (Doritos and their cousins) with ready salted crisps I suggest the ridged ones are best as they are stronger.

we seem to do fine on the corn that they use for chips and corn flour itself, but not the actual sweet corn. i found those retro doritos in the store and made this stuff for my kids. they loved it and it was all gone quick!
