Excellent, Excellent, Excellent post ukbill. I think there is much merit in the ideas you propose regarding fructose intolerance and the development of other allergies or intolerances to either foods, dust, pollens, or chemicals when an HFI-er or FM-er overloads their metabolic capacity for fructose. I have had the very same thoughts myself, and it is certainly an issue worthy of investigation.
I have been eating only white rice and spinach for over a week now and I feel better every day (mentally and physically stable). I know you would die of bordom on such a diet, but if it means I can actually feel good after eating, I really don't care if I am confined to only a few foods.
