It's a calcium powder with vitamin D without any additives. Apparently you can even bake with it; although, I'm not sure I want to try that.

I would love to know what you found. I hate taking huge Calcium pills; a powder would be great!

We use this for Graham in all of his baked goods and it has boosted his Ca. The Vit D isn't as stable as the Ca when baked, so you will lose its potency.
