I didn't eat chia seeds yesterday by accident or quirk. No oat meal either or benefiber or lecithing with it. Tell me if I am a dummy and these have fructose.
But anyway, my tail bone pain started a year ago when first gotthe Chia seeds. They are ground and called anutra. The whole one pound can has lasted till now and for some reason I never suspected fructosein a seed similar to flax seed.
Come to find out there are two posts on the internet that say that whole grains that are uncooked and unsprouted can have their calcium iron magnesim blocked by phytates. That fits me since I think I have iron anemia and a calcium deficiency.
Furthermore, my colon wall feels smooth and not inflamed. I did alot of paradoxical relaxation yesterday and changed matresses so maybe it is the muscle spasms I don't know.
I can tell you one thing, I am afraid to eat chia or unsprouted uncooked grains now.
Like a miracle, my bloody diarhea stopped about 10 hours ago. I have had bloody diarhea every hour or two for the past two months. Whatever it is it is a big releif.
Stupid me for not nixing the chia earlier.
