Does anyone have any spices that they use that are safe? I am wondering which ones are safe? A lot of food is just blah plain so it would be better with some seasoning and spices.  So, any spices or seasonings that you know of?  |

McCormick is a good brand to check out. They have many seasonings that are safe - just be sure to read all the labels closely.
I use their "Grill Mates" Montreal Steak Seasoning, their seasoned salt (which was the only one I could find without sugar), and their "grinders" garlic salt.

Does anyone know if things like corianda, basil, cinamon, nutmeg are OK for HFI?
