On the box of the unsweetened Nestle Tollhouse box of baking chocolate there is a recipe for brownies.
Just substitute dextrose where it calls for sugar and eliminate the nuts and any other ingredient listed that is unsafe.
Bake according to package instructions.
This did turn out for me. I made these last Halloween for my kids and they loved them.

I finally made these for Regina. She absolutely LOVED them. I never even thought about looking on the back of them. Guess this is just a good reminder to always be on the lookout, even in obvious places! Thanks.

I'm sure the recipe on the back of the Baker's unsweetened chocolate box is the same as Tollhouse, so here it is...
4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate 3/4 cup butter or margarine 2 cups dextrose 3 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1cup flour 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts (optional) (Sarah K has said she does OK with walnuts)
Microwave chocolate & butter until butter is melted (approx 2 minutes). Stir until chocolate is melted.
Stir in sugar. Add eggs & vanilla & mix well. Add flour (and nuts). Stir until well blended. Spread into greased foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 deg F for 30 - 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Do not overbake. Cool in pan. Cut into 24 squares.
[glow=red,2,300]Caution: For those that have not tried chocolate or cocoa already, there are some FI folks that do not tolerate it. I bought this product to make chocolate crinkle cookies for Nate and he had a reaction to it (bad BMs) within an hour of eating the cookies. [/glow]

You can get it on Amazon.com. Just type in Dextrose. I bought two packages. Let me know if you need the direct link.
